The Arizona Yoga Association is a non-profit 501(C)4 organization, dedicated to unifying the diverse Arizona yoga community by providing current information, workshop passes to studios, a directory of teachers and studios and, of course, our newsletter ~ Arizona Yoga.

Who reads the 'Arizona Yoga' newsletter and why ?

* Our circulation is 2,500 newsletters.

* Published since 1993, we have over 300 members in Arizona who receive newsletters 4x a year.

* Of these readers, the majority live in Tucson, Phoenix and the surrounding areas with others reading the newsletter throughout the state.

Calendar -The Calendar offers a list of special yoga events throughout the state to the Arizona yoga community.

This is available on our website and in our quarterly newsletter.

Website calendar listings can be added on-line, anytime, by current members.* (user-friendly event submissions )

Calendar submissions in our newsletter and on-line are free.

Several generous studios and individuals offer discounts to AYA members for special workshops and/or events.

The newsletter publishes these discounted workshops and events for AYA members in our Calendar section, also.

This is another way we are able to build the yoga community in Arizona.

ADVERTISING POLICIES TERMS, CONDITIONS & PAYMENT TERMS

AYA reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel advertising at any time.
Cancellation- No cancellations accepted after the applicable “advertising deadline” dates as set forth by AYA. Advertiser will be subject to all applicable ad charges, even if Advertiser fails to provide necessary ad copy by such date.

All past due accounts are subject to a service charge of 2.5% per issue.

Payment Terms- 'PLACEMENT WITH PAYMENT POLICY'

Payment in full for all advertising is due one month prior to Publication date.

NO DISPLAY AD WILL BE PUBLISHED IN 'Arizona Yoga' WITHOUT PAYMENT.

Multiple insertions - Multiple insertions offer a discount per display ad.

Payment for multiple insertions must be paid in advance, unless other arrangements are made.

Example

If you want your HALF PAGE display ad published in Arizona Yoga for 4 consecutive issues,

all four ads must be paid for in advance. Cost $620.

AYA AD SPECIFICATIONS:

These options of specifications optimize production quality, efficiency and schedules.

High quality hard copy: we will scan black and white laser prints (or higher quality service bureau output) and place ads as 300 dpi images.

Small type point sizes and half tone screens WILL NOT reproduce well and should be avoided.

Submit .eps, .pdf, .jpg or .tif files with: Grayscale, 300 dpi images, all fonts converted to outlines.

We will convert these files and place as 300 dpi images.

Half tone screens will reproduce well.

Small type point sizes are to be avoided.

50 word description (or less) of your yoga-related Announcement. Count does not include date, time, place, contact.

Yoga news announcements include health modalities, alternative medicine, Buddhism, tai chi, chi gong, massage, health food, yoga products, events, studio grand openings, sale of studios, etc. Does not include personal yoga classes.

AYA will send your announcement to our members at the beginning of each month.
